The Bayan Claremont Muhammad Ali Spiritual Leadership Full Tuition Scholarship is an honor bestowed upon a deserving and highly qualified full-time entering graduate student enrolled in Bayan’s 48-unit Master of Arts in Islamic Studies & Leadership or Islamic Education programs, or in the 72-unit Master of Divinity in Islamic Chaplaincy program.
Award:
$48,000 – $72,000 disbursed incrementally each semester (i.e. about $12,000 per semester for four courses).
Full tuition for 2-3 academic years, depending on program (current tuition rate is $1,000/unit).
(covering all coursework for 48-unit M.A. degree or 72-unit MDiv).
Requires continuous full-time enrollment (typically 9-12 units per semester; 24 units per academic year).
Eligibility:
Entering students who have been admitted for study
Full-time enrollment (9-12 units/semester) depending on program
Citizen/legal resident of the United States of America
Working in an underserved community in the U.S.
