Bayan currently operates in partnership with the Chicago Theological Seminary (“CTS”) to offer accredited degrees. The Commission on Accrediting of the Association of Theological Schools (“ATS”) in the United States and Canada has approved the following programs: MDiv, MA in Religious Leadership, MA (Religious Studies), DMin, STM, and PhD. CTS is also accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (“HLC”) and the following degree programs are approved: MDiv, MA in Religious Leadership, MA (Religious Studies), DMin, STM, and PhD. Students who matriculate into programs at Bayan Chicago are regarded as Chicago Theological Seminary students and are eligible to apply for Federal Student Aid program, and international students are eligible to apply for visas, in accordance with applicable federal regulations. Graduates of Bayan degree programs will receive a degree from this accredited institution.

Bayan Claremont operated as a division of Claremont School of Theology during the academic years 2011-12 through 2019-20. During that time, CST was fully accredited by both the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and The Commission on Accrediting of The Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada (ATS).
Students who matriculated into programs at Bayan Claremont were regarded as students at the Claremont School of Theology, and graduates have received accredited degrees from this world-renowned institution.
